Turning 65 Leads Subscription | Each New Group Delivered Automatically
The people turning 65 next month are a completely different set of names from the people turning 65 this month — which is why a one-time list goes stale so quickly. A Turning 65 subscription finds the people reaching 65, delivers them on a schedule you choose, and sends only records you haven't received before. Set it up once. Each cycle the window rolls forward automatically, so you never re-order.
- Rolling Window Moves forward every cycle
- Never Pay Twice Only new records billed
- You Pick the Lead 3 to 6 months before 65
- Budget Cap You set the maximum
- Minimum Guard Thin cycle? No charge
- Cancel Anytime No long-term contract
How a Turning 65 Subscription Works
- 1
Choose Where
Pick your geography in the subscription builder — cities, ZIP codes, counties, or states — just like a one-time list.
- 2
Choose Your Lead Time
Decide how far ahead of their 65th birthday you want to reach people: 3, 4, 5, or 6 months. Three months is when Medicare's Initial Enrollment Period opens.
- 3
Choose Frequency and Size
Receive a delivery monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly. Set a minimum and a maximum number of records per delivery. Below your minimum, the cycle is skipped and nothing is charged; the maximum is your budget cap.
- 4
Subscribe Once
Your card is saved when you subscribe. Each delivery arrives by email as a secure download link, and you're reminded before every charge.
Choosing Your Lead Time
Your lead time is how many months before each person's 65th birthday they appear in your delivery. For example, with a three-month lead time, the delivery you receive in October covers people turning 65 in January. The next cycle, the window moves forward a month, and so on — automatically.
Medicare's Initial Enrollment Period begins three months before the month someone turns 65, so three months reaches people as their enrollment window opens. Choose four to six months if you want to start the conversation earlier.
What You Get
- Only records that are new since your last delivery — you never pay for the same person twice
- Your first delivery as soon as you subscribe, then one per cycle on the frequency you chose
- A secure download link by email each cycle, which you can share with up to 5 extra recipients
- A minimum and maximum per delivery, so a thin cycle is skipped and a big one can't exceed your budget
- Billing per delivery, for the records actually delivered — never a flat fee
- The freedom to pause, change your frequency or delivery size, or cancel anytime; lists you've already received are yours to keep
- Your selection saved under a name, so you can reuse it or subscribe again later
Subscription vs. One-Time List
A subscription isn't a replacement for a one-time list — it's a different tool for a different job. If you need a single campaign, the one-time Turning 65 list may fit better.
| One-Time List | Turning 65 Subscription | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | A single campaign | Ongoing outreach to each new group |
| Freshness | A snapshot on the day you buy | A new group delivered every cycle |
| Duplicates | Re-buy the whole list each time | Only new records, each cycle |
| Payment | Pay per purchase | Card saved once, billed per delivery within your cap |
